ACDV01 - Senior AIX/RS6000 Systems Administrator
Provide technical leadership and senior level Systems Administration as part of a team that manages 600 RS/6000
machines in NY and NJ for the Equities Group. Willing to rotate on call pager for weekends and late night work. Tasks
include monitoring and troubleshooting production systems, assisting in creating various system-related utilities,
validating new hardware purchases, and interfacing with management on future platform plans
3-5 years in a mid-large UNIX environment.Strong AIX v4.3-v5.2 experience as well as RS6000 hardware experience
across different models. Shell programming skills required. PERL , Sun/Solaris and Sybase experience a plus.. Prior
brokerage experience preferred.
