JAVA-OO Developer-Compliance (6 years plus exp)
Description of Role:
Central Compliance Technology are responsible for systems that support the firm?s compliance functions such as
Trade Surveillance, Aggregation Position Reporting, Trade Pre-clearance, Research Disclosures, etc. We are looking
for a senior programmer/analyst to work in a team to support existing systems and design / develop systems that will
improve compliance practices. The role requires strong technical skills, strong communication skills, and prior
experience in computer programming, data analysis and database design, a BS degree in Computer Science is
required. Experience in similar business fields (e.g., compliance, brokerage industry) is a plus.

Excellent task management skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong commitment to delivery and ability to work under pressure for multiple demanding clients
Six plus years of hands-on software development experience
Technical Skills:
Hardware/OS:
Sun / Solaris; Win XP
DBMS:
Sybase (must), UDB (plus)
Programming Languages:
Extensive Unix
Perl/shell scripting
Java/Java Servlets/JSP
CGI/HTML/JavaScript
